If you violate these Terms of Use, Wye Float may terminate your use of the site, bar you from future use of the site, cancel your ticket orders, and/or take appropriate legal action against you.

You agree that you are only authorised to visit, view and to retain a copy of pages of this site for your own personal use, and that you shall not duplicate, download, publish, modify, or otherwise distribute the material on this site for any purpose other than to review event and promotional information, for personal use, or to purchase tickets or merchandise for your personal use, unless otherwise specifically authorised by us.

Purchased tickets cannot be transferred, exchanged, or refunded or returned unless the event is cancelled or moved to another date.To get a full refund, the participant will be required to email our team or write a letter requesting a refund. If no letter or email is received then money will automatically be donated to our charities within 20 days.  

If the organiser/promoter cancels the event, or due to other circumstances it's outside our control. We will attempt to contact you either by phone, email or in writing, using the details that you give us when you place your order. For this reason, it is important that you provide accurate contact details. It remains your responsibility to check that the event is going ahead at the scheduled date, time, and venue: Wye Float cannot guarantee to tell you of any changes.

If an event is moved to another date or venue we will attempt to tell you the revised details and whether your tickets remain valid by phone, email or in writing, using the contact information that you provide when you place the order. If you do not wish to attend the event on the revised date/at the new venue, you may return your tickets by secure post for a refund of the tickets' face value. It remains your responsibility to check that the event is going ahead at the scheduled date, time, and venue: Wye Float cannot guarantee to tell you of any changes

If we cannot fulfil your order for any of the following reasons, you will be entitled to a full refund, including any booking fee charged:

•We dispatch your order to the wrong address and cannot provide replacement tickets

•We do not dispatch your order and do not arrange for the tickets to be available for collection

•We dispatch the wrong order (wrong event / wrong type of tickets)

•Any other similar circumstances where we have acted with negligence or where we may have acted in breach of contract

Please check your tickets when you receive them, and keep them safe. We are unable to issue duplicate tickets to replace lost or stolen tickets.

It is your responsibility to tell us of any change in your contact details, including delivery address, contact phone number or email address, both before and after receipt of your tickets. Changes made to your contact details on the web site do not affect the delivery of orders already placed, so you must contact us by telephone if you are waiting for tickets.

If it becomes impractical to post/ email tickets out, due to the proximity of an event or circumstances beyond our control, we reserve the right to make tickets available for collection at the venue immediately prior to the event. We will attempt to tell you by phone, email or in writing (using the details provided at the time of ordering) if this becomes necessary.

The right to admission to an event is reserved by the promoter and event venue, who may take health and safety, environmental and security concerns into account, and may carry out security searches. We are unable to offer you a refund if you are refused entry to or ejected from a venue because late arrival, being (or appearing to be) under age, declining to be searched, abusive, threatening, drunken or other antisocial behaviour (including smoking in no smoking areas), carrying offensive weapons or illegal substances, or making unauthorised audio, video, or photographic recordings.

Some events and ticket types have age restrictions, which are indicated in the event information. Please read all the information that applies to the event/ticket you are booking, and bring a proof of age if appropriate.

Please ensure all children under the age of 12 are not to participate in this years event, any anyone over the age of 12 must be wearing a buoyancy aid. Boyancy aid are not provided or hired out and one without one will be refused.
